1. Data We Collect

• Email address — collected when you register or subscribe to alerts
• Login method — email/password or Google OAuth (we store only a reference, not your Google password)
• Usage behavior — pages visited, features clicked, analysis queries submitted, used solely to improve the product

We do not collect payment card data. Crypto payment verification uses only the transaction hash you provide.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To provide and operate the BitGrow service
• To send you Alpha analysis reports and market alerts (only if you opted in)
• To verify Premium subscriptions via on-chain transaction hashes
• To improve product features based on aggregated, anonymized usage patterns

3. Third-Party Services

• Google OAuth — used for sign-in; Google may receive your email as part of the authentication flow
• Supabase — our database and authentication infrastructure; your account data is stored securely on Supabase servers with row-level security
• CoinGecko API — provides real-time market data; no personal data is shared with CoinGecko
• Anthropic API — powers AI token analysis; queries contain only coin/token symbols, never your personal information

4. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. Email us at support@bitgrow.com with the subject "Delete My Account" and we will process your request within 7 business days.

You may also request a copy of your data or ask us to correct inaccurate information at any time via the same email.

5. Data Security

All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. We apply row-level security policies on our database so users can only access their own records. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party.
